In seismic assessment procedure, Revzen Engineering determines the performance level of existing structures under seismic actions that are defined by seismic codes using linear or nonlinear methods.
In performance evaluation of existing building, some necessary steps are conducted by Revzen Engineering. These are examining the existing project of structure (if not, preperation of structural plans), determination of existing structural damages, determination material strength with destructive and nondestructive methods, determination of geotechnical and geophysical parameters. After the whole steps, structural analysis model is created to find performance level of structure with linear or nonlinear method then results and retrofit suggestions are presented.
