About Us
CEK Engineering company was founded in 2020 to provide engineering and consultancy services in the field of structural, environmental and project engineering. The services provided under the name CEK Engineering until 2024 started to be provided under the name Revzen Engineering after the change of name in 2024. Revzen’s team provides design, contracting, project management and technical consultancy services in the field of structural and earhquake engineering, considering requirements and performance targets of the structures. Revzen Engineering has extensive experiences in various engineering topics such as structural design of mass housing, high-rise buildings, industrial structures, schools and hospitals; as well as evaulation and retrofitting of existing reinforced concrete, steel and historical structures. Revzen Engineering aims to design economical and sustainable structures using both recent national and international codes and regulations such as ACI 318, ASCE 41, FEMA, Eurocode etc. Moreover, Revzen Engineering offers innovative and applicable solutions by working in harmony with other disciplines. Our main objective in all projects that designed in accordance with the engineering concept is to prepare structural designs in order to meet the needs of costumers and to find solutions at optimum cost without compromising on safety.
Fatih Bilen
After graduated from İstek Kaşgarlı Mahmut Anatolian School in 2010, he is accepted to Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering at Boğaziçi University. He completed his 4-year undergraduate program concentrating on Structural Engineering. He worked as a design engineer in Boztepe Engineering after graduated his department in 2015. During his working experience at Boztepe, he conducted design and coordination process of large-scale projects such as Park Mavera and Vira İstanbul. While working in private sector, he started his Master Program in Structural Engineering at Boğaziçi University and worked on advanced structural dynamics, nonlinear behavior of structural elements, earthquake resistant structure design, evaluation and retrofiting of existing structure and evaluation of damaged structure after earthquakes. He also took part in performance based design projects such as Evora İzmir and Esenyurt Avrupark within the university. After graduating from his Master degree in 2019, he worked as a technical manager at Ülker Engineering for almost two years. During his tenure, he was responsible for design and project management of Boğaziçi university library retrofit project with seismic isolator and Turkey’s first seismic isolated residential project Mavera Comfort. He took his place among the founding partners of CEK and Revzen Engineering in 2021 and 2024.
Cihat Emin Kulaber
Cihat completed his undergraduate education in Civil Engineering at Sakarya University in 2016. He gained experience in various fields with his internship training during his engineering education. He improved himself about geotechnic at GEOBOS, management at QUASAR project, superstructure at BİSKON Sultangazi 600-bed state hospital. He started his professional life in 2017 by working as construction supervisor at construction site. Then, he continued his professional life as a site engineer in different firms. After gained sufficient knowledge and experience in field, he joined a program in Bilge Adam to improve himself at software development. Within the scope of this program, he developed both individual and team projects by using gained knowledge during his education. He took part in many projects such as technical, public (school, police station etc.), residential buildings at Ülker Engineering. After completing his software education at Bilge Adam in 2019, He started working at Ülker Engineering as a structural design engineer. In these projects, he designed reinforce concrete member details, steel structures and its connection details. He also specialized in evaluation of seismic performance of reinforced concrete and masonary structures and strengthening the inadequate structures by working on many seismic assessment projects. He took his place among the founding partners of CEK and Revzen Engineering in 2021 and 2024.
